The present directors have worked together since 1983 and in 1992 Fedelta Trust Limited was formed to meet the demand of professional firms, such as solicitors, accountants and financial advisers, for innovative and bespoke offshore services.

The company does not compete with company formation agents but provides specialist trust, corporate management, investment business and collective investment scheme services, to suit individual client circumstances, on an ongoing basis.

We have experience in a broad range of businesses, and as a consequence the company aims to provide a hands-on service actively participating in client company business affairs.  The test as to whether a structure is genuine or not is often initially based on management and control; it is necessary to demonstrate that the directors or trustees are genuinely involved in making decisions and that they are not merely nominees. Our objective is to provide meaningful input so that the additional benefit to the structure is greater than the resulting fees; this allows all parties to benefit.

We pride ourselves in offering innovative solutions tailored to a client's individual circumstances.

The company also provides fund management and investment administration services predominantly to clients of Fedelta group companies. It is licensed to conduct investment business by the Isle of Man Government Financial Supervision Commission and is a member of the Isle of Man Fund Managers Association.

The Fedelta Group contains a number of other companies which provide special service functions including Fedelta Properties Limited, Fedelta Nominees Limited, Tower Trustees Limited, Horizon Trustees Limited and Tynwald Pensions Limited.

Fedelta Trust Limited is licensed by the Isle of Man Financial Supervision Commission.
